Uratecca is an ancient demon who takes the form of a scorpion and feeds on the distrust between humans, originating more than 300,000 years ago around the dawn of early humanity. As the human species evolved and began civilizations and waged wars, Uratecca herself grew in strength and took throne as ruler of the underworld.

INTRODUCTION

Uratecca is only introduced if you play the bad route, aka claim numerous lives while playing as Pinocchio II. If Duffy then chooses to ally with Chastice and help her claim world dominance, they travel to the underworld and battle Uratecca as a final boss.
